Her experience ranges in depth and complexity from building small & mid-size HR departments to being an industry pioneer building one of the first large scale, award winning and nationally recognized employer brand teams while at AT&T.
Since leaving AT&T, she’s built programs for Samsung Mobile, American Airlines and most recently – she scaled Dell Technologies Employer Brand program into a centralized, global recruitment marketing platform with a solid focus on global diversity.
Carrie has also taught adjunct and professional development courses in Business Management and HR and globally, is a sought-after speaker in the industry. She is consistently recognized as one of the top people to follow in recruiting and has been featured in multiple media outlets and publications over the course of her career.
And now, she runs a boutique agency focused on Talent Attraction, Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing; while also still making herself available for consulting and speaking for the right clients.
